ISY series internal expanding pipe cutter is a light cutter. It is designed for beveling of pipes, the diameters of which are Φ28~Φ360mm. It adopts AC220V motor and internal expanding structure. It is easy to operate it. This technique is advanced. The machine can do groove cut and face-flange cut. The processing technique is superior to traditional technique.

The ISY series electric pipe end prepatation beveling machine based on different pipe size the model classified as ISY-28,ISY-80,ISY-150,ISY-250,ISY-250-II,ISY-351,ISY-351-II,ISY-630,ISY-630-II,ISY-850-II. The motor of ISY-28 and ISY-80 is set at horizontal position. The others is set at vertical position. You could check at below picture. Also the feeding type of ISY-250II,ISY-351-II,ISY-630-II,ISY-850-II is automatic. The others is feeding with manual.

Horizontal motor position model ISY-28 and ISY-80 outline.

1. Brace: To control the expansion of fastening block.

2. Locking nut: Revolve the nut to lock nut to make the fastening block expand. It can fix the machine to pipe.

3. Spindle axis

4. Feeding wheel: To revolve it to achieve feed or retract.

5. Body

6. Cutter head：Equip cutter blade to cutter head.

7. Fastening block：Choose a suitable fastening block according to the internal diameter. Fix the machine to internal wall of pipe by brace.

8. Fastening nut

9. Fastening screw：The fastening screw and nut are used to fix the axis of fastening block.

10.Hand knob：Hold it to carry the machine.

11.Blade：You should choose a suitable blade according to angle of groove.

14.Motor：To supply power.

15.Carbon brush

16.Power switch：When the round spot of switch is at the bottom, the power is on.

17.Power wire：Must not drag this wire.
