Configuration

In use procedure, welding gun’s walking trajectory is almost a straight line, if welding gun’s walking trajectory is excessively deviated from the weld bead, please loosen holder’s screw C in the above figure, adjust the shifting-seat plane A and dust-proof  block  edge B to parallel, then tighten the screw C.

Note: When moving this device, shall grip machine’s handle part; directly lifting carriage’s sliding block, hand wheel or guide wheel will damage the machine, resulting in adverse effects.    

The control panel explain

Power supply indicator: After energization, the carriage panel indicator light is on.  

Start: Press this button in electrified situation, commissioning or welding begins. (When welding switch is off, the carriage is in test run state, no welding, only simulation runs all operating procedures; when you turn on the welding switch, the carriage proceed welding operations while walking).

Stop: Press this button, the carriage’s walking and welding operations are stopped, and the welding gun quickly back to initial position.

Speed: Speed ​​regulating knob: clockwise rotating the knob, the carriage walking speed will increase; counterclockwise rotating the knob, walking speed is slowed down.

Welding: welding gun status switch: when welding switch is off, press the start button, the carriage is in test run state, no arc, no welding, only simulation runs all operating procedures; when welding switch is on, press the start button , the carriage proceed welding operations while walk.
