HK-4A is a mini side automatic welding carriage, which is suitable for welding in narrow space.It is equipped with permanent magnet in case of falling from rail in the process of welding, which may lead to accident.It is suitable for angle seam welding of boxing beam. It has small capacity, light weight and no rail, so it is convenient to operate it. It can move on inclined plane and in narrow space.
Name and function of each section
HK-4A is made up of the following sections:
a) Hand knob: It is convenient to equip, take apart and move the carriage.
b) Motor: It is power unit of carriage and welding.
c) X-Y trimming slide blocks: It is convenient to adjust the blowtorch up and down or left and right.
d) Holder of blowtorch: It can hold the blowtorch and adjust the angle of blowtorch easily.
e) Position switch: When the carriage goes to the end of work, it will contact the position switch and stop.
f) Permanent magnet: It can absorb to the surface of work in case of damaging the machine and falling from the welding line.
g) Electric cabinet: To control the movement of carriage. Please refer to control panel manual
