HK-16 is made up of body, moving assembly, guide wheel, handle, torch wiggler, magnetic handle and control box.

1) The body: It is the frame of machine, including driving parts, four rubber wheel, bevel gear, chain, chain pulley. It is the carrier of other parts.

Handle: There are two handles. One is used to move machine when the 2)machine side drafts on steel. Another is used to move the machine when the machine keeps flat.

3)Electrical power outlet: It is the two core outlet on control box.

Magnet clutch handle: The machine has large magnetic in case of the torch 4)running away beam. So, when you move it, you should pull the handle up and decrease the magnetic.

5)Adjustment of hanging wheel: Use it to adjust the extended length of hanging wheel.

6) Hanging wheel: It can guide and prevent the machine from falling when the machine is on suction side. The length of bar is 200mm. you can lengthen it according to needs.

7) 8）Cross moving and vertical moving seat: Use it to adjust the cross and vertical position of torch.

9）Swing device of welding torch: Make the welding torch weld in swing model.

10）Angle fine-tuning device: It is easily to use it to adjust the angle of torch.

11）Grip device of welding torch: It is used to grip welding torch. It is convenient to repair, adjust it.

12） Control box。

13）Power outlet: The external power supply via transformer supply the control box and machine.

14） Guide wheel: Roll along base metal to guide the right welding position.
