HK-11W magnetic pipe welding carriage is a device which can weld a variety of welding specifications under the control of the electrical system in different operating environments. Itcan move forward / backward along the striptrack. The carriage is compact, lightweight and durable, so carry, installation, disassemblyis very convenient. The carriage is widely used in ships, bridges, locomotives, steel, petrochemical and other industries,and also it is appropriate for welding a variety of welded structures, especially suitable for welding of pipes and pressure vessels and so on.

Description of constitute

HK-11W is constituted by carriage body, regulating moving seat, guide wheels, welding gun holder, welding gun wiggler, steel strip guide rail, control boxand other components.

1)  Carriage body: It is the skeleton of the whole machine; the supporter of the other parts.

2)  Drive: As a driven device, it is installed in the body cavity of the carriage, driven by the DC motor which equipped with the reducer casing, and then through the worm transmit the power to the wheels, to achieve carriage’s walk.

3)  Control box: can control all functions of carriage; details refer to "Control Panel Help."

4)  Regulating moving seat: as a device to regulate the location of welding gun, during welding it can adjust up and down about.

5)  Welding gun angle adjustment device: It can easily and accurately make the gun center on the weld and fine adjust the angle of gun.

6)  Welding gun wiggler: Guidance for all kinds of swing mode welding.

7)  Welding gun holder: As a holding device, you can easily repair, adjust, and demount the gun.

8)  Portable handle: During non-working state, that is to say, the carriage not adsorbed at the plate (tube), you can make the machine easily shift location using this handle.

9)  Installment handles: When installing / demounting the carriage, be sure to firmly grip the handles because there is strong magnet in the carriage’s four wheels, if you do not grasp the intensity, strong suction shall cause a huge impact so that the machine is damaged.

10)Guide wheels: Roll along the rail to guide the accurate welding parts.

11)Steel strip guide rail: It is installed with permanent magnets to avoid the phenomenon    that the carriage leaves away the welding line.
