The GPK series electric pipe end prepatation beveling machine based on different pipe size the model classified as GPK-28,GPK-80,GPK-150,GPK-250,GPK-250-II,GPK-351,GPK-351-II,GPK-630,GPK-630-II,GPK-850-II. The motor of GPK-28 and GPK-80 is set at horizontal position. The others is set at vertical position. You could check at below picture. Also the feeding type of GPK-250II,GPK-351-II,GPK-630-II,GPK-850-II is automatic. The others is feeding with manual.

 

Horizontal motor position model GPK-28 and GPK-80 outline.

1. Brace: To control the expansion of fastening block.

2. Locking nut: Revolve the nut to lock nut to make the fastening block expand. It can fix the machine to pipe.

4. Feeding wheel: To revolve it to achieve feed or retract.

5. Body

6. Cutter head:Equip cutter blade to cutter head.

7. Fastening block:Choose a suitable fastening block according to the internal diameter. Fix the machine to internal wall of pipe by brace.

9. Fastening screw:The fastening screw and nut are used to fix the axis of fastening block.

10.Hand knob:Hold it to carry the machine.

11.Blade:You should choose a suitable blade according to angle of groove.
