1. Equipment stoppage Before contact, please read the Instructions annexed and confirm whether there is real stoppage.
2. Dial the hotline of the original special dealer you bought the product (If it fails, please directly dial the hotline of Shanghai Huawei Welding & Cutting Machine Co., Ltd.)
- Please prepare product name (in the nameplate), contact, contact number, detailed address and stoppage description so that we can check your information and provide fast and accurate service for you.
3. Appointing manner and time of repair Based on different conditions, manner of repair falls into special repair station, home repair and depot repair.
- Special repair station: With complete and various parts and components. It is suggested that users make an appointment with the repair workers for home repair.
  Please show purchase invoice or effective purchase certification in detail.
- Visit repair by workers from a special service provider (for CNC products)
  - ⑴ Please make sure whether installation persons have service certification card issued by Shanghai Huawei Welding & Cutting Machine Co., Ltd.
  - ⑵ Please show purchase invoice or effective purchase certification in detail.
- Return repair: If the equipment is unable to be repaired in a special repair station after inspection, it will turn to return repair.
  Please show purchase invoice or effective purchase certification in detail.

4.End of repair
- Please make sure whether the product operates normally.
- After confirming the normal operation, please affix your signature on the Installation Acceptance Form.

5.Return visit
- Customer Service Center of Shanghai Huawei Welding & Cutting Machine Co., Ltd. will pay a return visit (not-full visit) to the repair service.
